Imagine a world in which the EU tackles these issues - a Europe with a stronger economy, less dependence on China and other autocracies, lean regulation, more dynamism in innovation, real unity, and military self-sufficiency.
Such a Europe would view US elections with the interest of a neighbour, not the concern of a tenant. Regardless of who wins the US election, this is the direction Europe must consider in all of its political and regulatory decisions.
